Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

All donations and payments made to 100 Medals Targeted Foundation are final. However, if you believe that a transaction was made in error, you may request a refund within 1 day (24 hours) of the transaction.

2. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request, please email us at info@100medals.org with the following details:

• Full Name
• Transaction ID or Payment Reference Number
• Date and Amount of Transaction
• Reason for Refund

3. Refund Processing Time

All refunds will be credited to the original online payment mode within 10–15 days if a transaction is made in error. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 to 20 business days from the date of approval. All refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• Requests made after 24 hours of the transaction
• Refund requests without valid reason or proof
• Failure due to incorrect information provided by the user
